What this notice covers

This notice explains how SetLens handles information submitted through the audit-request form and property-photo material a studio later chooses to share. SetLens is operated by Lillis Software Services Kft.

Information collected

The request form collects a name, business email, company, website, workflow ranges, optional correction examples, and an optional shared-folder link. During an audit, a studio may separately provide de-identified final JPEGs, known correction labels, and feedback on findings.

The site also records privacy-limited usage events: campaign and message variant tags in SetLens links, a random outreach-link code, page and section views, scroll-depth thresholds, named button and FAQ interactions, and form progress or success. The random code can be matched in SetLens’s outreach records to the business email that received the link. These events do not include form values, email addresses, company names, free-form text, or shared-folder links.

Please do not provide passwords, property addresses, GPS metadata, client names, or other identifying details. Remove faces, license plates, security details, and sensitive interior information where practical.

How information is used

Contact information is used to qualify and respond to an audit request, operate the agreed service, measure audit quality, and discuss ongoing service. Property-photo material is used only for the requested audit unless the studio separately gives explicit permission for another use.

Customer images are not used for shared model training, sold, or delivered to real-estate consumers. SetLens does not use advertising cookies on this site.

Usage events help attribute visits to outreach emails, compare messages, understand which information is useful, and improve the request flow. A link may be forwarded or opened by an automated security scanner, so use of a link is not treated as proof that a particular person visited. SetLens does not create analytics profiles for named people.

Service providers and transfers

The website host processes ordinary request and security logs. The configured database provider stores submitted audit requests. An optional notification service may alert the SetLens operator only after storage succeeds. PostHog processes the limited site-usage events described above in its European cloud. SetLens sends those events through its own website, disables session replay and automatic interaction capture, and configures IP anonymization. The sharing service selected by the participating studio continues to process shared-folder material under that service’s own terms.

Retention and security

Working image copies and derived thumbnails are deleted no later than seven days after the audit unless an earlier date is agreed. Aggregate service metrics and explicitly permitted defect labels may be retained without the source images. Contact records are retained while the business relationship or request is active and for no more than 90 days after the last meaningful activity. Minimal suppression information may be retained longer when needed to honor an opt-out and prevent unwanted contact.

Analytics uses a temporary in-memory browser identifier rather than cookies or persistent browser storage. The identifier ends when the page context ends. The outreach-link mapping follows the contact-record retention period and is removed with that record. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are respected.

The SetLens workflow uses short-lived local processing, metadata-stripped thumbnails, access-limited shared folders, and human review. No security measure is perfect, so studios should share only the minimum necessary material.

Your choices

A customer or requester may ask for access, correction, or deletion of submitted information; revoke a folder share; decline marketing follow-up; or end an audit before completion. These choices do not affect information that has already been deleted.
